I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with the lens size of the last two orders. The challenge we encountered was related to the lens size you ordered. Unfortunately, we don't have a lens pattern for the size you requested, even though it is the same brand and model name. To rectify this, we would need to obtain the frame to create a custom pattern based on its design. In light of the situation and your understandable reluctance to send in your frames, I have issued refunds for both sets of lenses from the original orders and we are sending you a complimentary set of lenses you require for another brand of sunglasses you own. If you decide to proceed with the new order you mentioned for another brand of sunglasses in addition to the above, please do not hesitate to contact us should you require assistance.
